- Qualifying benefit: You or your partner must get a qualifying means-tested benefit on 23 August 2026.
- Name on bill: Your name, or your partner's, must be on the electricity bill.
- Participating supplier: Your supplier must be part of the scheme.
- Residency: You must live in Great Britain.
