Who we are

WisePips UK (uk.wisepips.com.br) is an independent information website operated by Manah Marketing Digital LTDA (Brazil, CNPJ 51.299.442/0001-11). Contact: [email protected]. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: if you fill in one of our forms, your first name and mobile number, and your answers to the form.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and the website or campaign that sent you (for example utm parameters), collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How and why we use it (lawful bases under UK GDPR)

  • Sending you SMS messages with guides and offers related to the topic you asked about — only with your consent, given when you tick the box on our form (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations). You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Showing advertising and measuring the site — with your consent for non-essential cookies.
  • Running and securing the website — our legitimate interests.

Opting out of SMS

Every message includes an opt-out link. You can also email [email protected] and we will stop messaging you.

Advertising and cookies

This site shows ads served by Google and its partners (Google Ad Manager). Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent.

Who we share data with

Service providers that help us run the site and send messages (hosting, SMS delivery such as Twilio, push notification and analytics providers), under contracts that protect your data. We never sell your data and we do not pass your details to lenders.

International transfers

Our operator and some providers are outside the UK. Where data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

Form data is kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction, or until you opt out, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
