📋 Who can claim
- Age: You must be under State Pension age.
- Contributions: You must have paid enough Class 1 or Class 2 National Insurance in the last 2 to 3 tax years.
- Medical evidence: You need a fit note from your doctor after the first 7 days.
- Not on SSP: You cannot get Statutory Sick Pay at the same time.
- Bank details: You need your bank details and National Insurance number.
